The collection of abstracts "Generative Artificial Intelligence and Semantic Networking in the Legal Domain" (edited by Professor Dmytro Lande, 2025) addresses current scientific and practical issues in the application of generative AI within public administration, with a particular focus on parliamentary oversight. The contributing authors explore methods for constructing dynamic semantic networks, introduce nocode frameworks with iterative self-control to counteract large language model (LLM)-hallucinations,. employ RAG-based architectures for updating legal knowledge, and propose approaches for detecting cognitive threats, linguistic backdoors, and adversarial AI. Special emphasis is placed on the development of intelligent autonomous monitoring, modeling, and forecasting systems grounded in semantic analysis and integrated with national digital platforms such as Diia, e-Parliament, and ProZorro.
